Love love love this
All American 921 21-1/2-Quart Pressure Cooker/Canner. Definitely worth the extra money to get an
American made, metal-to-metal seal, and double stacking canner. Being
able to do 14 qts is incredible. Heavy duty quality, will last for several generations. I've canned for 40 years. I used my mom's "antique" All American Canner for years, along with a different brand of canner that I hated. The AAPC is the best unit on the market for my money.

I can about 1,400+ jars a year so I know my equipment. Boiling hot liquids, steam and glass under 15lbs of pressure make that a very good thing. I was delighted to find that the company still builds the same wonderful canner! It builds pressure quickly and, with the rocking regulator, it's easy to keep the pressure exactly where you want it, even when canning things like fish with very long processing times.
